The problem
A managed-security provider selling exclusively through MSP partners had no self-serve way for partners to quote, sign, onboard, and get paid — everything ran through email.
What we built
- Three-tier multi-tenant portal: platform admins, partners, and their end clients, each with their own view
- Hosted quotes with online checkout and contract e-signing links
- Stripe Connect so partner commissions pay out automatically
- HMAC-signed webhook ingestion from the SOC platform for live alert data
- MFA, impersonation ('act as partner') for support, and full auth hardening
The outcome
Partners now self-serve the entire quote-to-signed-contract flow, and the security team supports them without touching email chains.
